Event Policies
Santa Barbara French Festival is a non-smoking event, there is no smoking allowed within the perimeter of the Festival.
No outside alcohol is allowed within the perimeter of the Festival.
Only registered vendors are allowed to sell or distribute any items within the Festival area.
All of the entertainment is free. All of our performers are volunteers, tips are greatly appreciated.
